Past Projects

Here are a few notable projects we have worked on over the years.

Eskimo Hut - Marietta, GA

Converting an existing stand-alone store to an Eskimo Hut with minimal changes as requested by the owner. This store keeps the retail zone in one area and sensible arranges backrooms for efficient workflow by employees.

The Nichols Residence - Chatsworth, GA

Initially, this client went to another designer who gave them a lackluster and poorly designed home for their mountain top residence overlooking the Appalachias. Redesigning to fit their budget, we were able to reduce the square footage, give better views, and maximize the use of their space in an elegant and functional manner. The result? Happy clients who were excited for their new home!

Iroquois Tiny Town - South Dundas, Canada

Situated on a thin strip of land, this tiny town focuses on sustainable and neighborly living. People focused, the street and parking are located on the southern portion of the site, keeping the neighborhood car-free and safe. This site features small groupings of homes emphasizing intimacy and encouraging interactions between neighbors.

The Livano -  Kemah, TX

Working as project manager on this project with Charlan Brock Architects, our founder designed the amenity buildings and ensured that all structures complied with the various building and accessibility codes. The project is near a town that is deeply affected by hurricanes so additional requirements had to be met for insurance purposes.

The Aero - Gainesville, FL

An interesting project, student housing requires working with the various unit shapes to try to get equitable space and bathrooms for every resident. This property features an integrated clubhouse on the first floor of one of the many apartment buildings on site. Role: Project manager and designer at Charlan Brock Architects.

Terrabella - Jacksonville, FL

An over 200-bed multifamily building in the modern farmhouse style in Jacksonville, FL. The challenge that we face here was the site was smaller but we still needed to have a specific number of units. This was resolved through use of fire walls, which allowed for a singular condensed structure that could be counted as multiple buildings in order to meet code requirements. Role: Job Captain at Charlan Brock Architects.

Aldi Remodels - Throughout Florida

Our Founder ran the Central and South Florida remodel division for Aldi during her time at Cuhaci & Peterson. These projects were fast paced, and varied from cosmetic remodels to full on building additions to expand existing stores. Our founder completed over 75 remodel projects in her tenure.

Proposed: Queen Elizabeth Sports Centre Headquarters - Nassau, Bahamas

A dedicated building to house the offices of the various athletic committees, a sports library, hall of fame, gift shop and more. This proposal centralized the meeting place for all sports within the Queen Elizabeth Sports Centre campus where various local and prestigious games are held.

Proposed: Parco Del Cielo - Rome, Italy

A sliver of land by the Colosseum begging to be made more welcoming to locals and visitors alike. This park would feature various locations for interactions and quiet respites. With a few water features including fountains and a small grotto, I imagine that if built this project would have been teeming with recurrent visitors.
