Benefits of Construction Administration
Construction Administration
Construction Administration involves ensuring that a contractor is following the provided construction documents. It is a service often paired with construction drawings and is not a standalone service. This service is essential for the quality of a build.

Site Visits, RFIs, and Submittals
Architects dictate the number of required site visits to a project. This can be once a month or at various stages. This is to ensure that a project is progressing as agreed and to observe the conditions of the site. RFIs are questions asked about the construction documents, and submittals are reviewing manufacturer specifications to ensure that they comply with the provided documents. These services are only supplied when construction administration is a provided service.
